Internet-options -> Settings (tab Temporary Internet files) -> Browser Cache: must be turned on and set too 100mb or more.

Security settings:

IE 5.x Internet Options – Security: set to Medium

IE 6.x Internet Options – Privacy: cookies should be enabled

There are two solutions for this:

- Select the level ‘Medium’ (Internet Options – Privacy)

- The second solution allows www.documentchecker to be specified as a secure site for the reception of cookies without changing the existing security settings.

Under the Privacy tab click on the Edit button under Web Sites.

In the dialog box that appears, type the URL: http://www.documentchecker.com

Then, click the "Allow" box.

At the bottom of the dialog box you should now see the following:

documentchecker.com and to the right of this Always allow.

Click OK to confirm the dialog box and reload the page web page using the Refresh button in your IE toolbar.

It is also recommended to add www.documentchecker to ‘trusted sites’ (Internet Options -> Security -> trusted websites)

Performance

In the design of this product all necessary steps have been taken to ensure optimal performance. Performance will however always be partially dependent on local configuration and internet connection speed. Browser settings (above), and version of Internet Explorer can also affect performance.

Clients are therefore advised to use an updated version of Internet Explorer.

Using browser buttons

The use of the back and forward buttons in your browser is not recommended. Please use the ‘Back’ button in the top left corner of the Document Checker.
