There are two types of users:

the User and the SuperUser.
Each account (subscription) includes one SuperUser to manage users within the account.
 

The (standard) User can

- view user information
- see the date/time of last login
- select personal language preference
- modify password

 

The SuperUser of an account can do all the above, but can also

- create and remove users from the account
- modify user passwords
- view account information and user information for all users within the account
- set language preference for the account
- view status information (country sets, maximum number of users for the account and expiry date of the subscription)
- be the individual contact person to the helpdesk for support or questions concerning the online application
